What is Pressotherapy?

Advanced pneumatic lymphatic drainage.

Pressotherapy is an advanced body recovery treatment that uses pneumatic compression to stimulate the lymphatic system. A specialised suit applies controlled pressure in sequential waves — from the feet upward — mimicking and amplifying the body's natural lymphatic flow.

The lymphatic system is responsible for removing toxins, excess fluid and waste from the body's tissues. When lymphatic flow is sluggish — due to a sedentary lifestyle, post-surgery swelling, or poor circulation — fluid and toxins accumulate. Pressotherapy activates this system, accelerating drainage, reducing swelling and supporting the body's natural recovery processes.

Benefits
What pressotherapy does for your body
01
Reduces Swelling
Pneumatic compression stimulates lymphatic flow, reducing fluid retention and swelling — in the legs, arms and throughout the body.
02
Eliminates Toxins
Activates the lymphatic system to flush toxins and metabolic waste from the body's tissues — leaving you feeling lighter and more energised.
03
Improves Circulation
Sequential compression improves blood and lymphatic circulation, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to tissues while accelerating waste removal.
04
Reduces Cellulite
Improved circulation and lymphatic drainage help break down the fluid and toxin buildup that contributes to the appearance of cellulite.
05
Supports Recovery
Accelerates recovery after surgery, physical activity or periods of inactivity — reducing soreness, heaviness and fatigue.
06
Deeply Relaxing
The gentle rhythmic compression is deeply relaxing — reducing stress, improving sleep quality and boosting overall wellbeing.

FAQ
Common questions
Pressotherapy is completely painless and deeply relaxing. You will feel a gentle, rhythmic squeezing sensation as the suit inflates and deflates in waves. Most clients fall asleep during the session.
A standard session lasts 30 minutes. For deeper recovery or post-surgery support, longer sessions may be recommended.
For general wellness and detox, a course of 5–10 sessions is recommended. For post-surgery recovery or chronic swelling, more frequent sessions may be beneficial — we can advise based on your specific situation.
After facial surgery (blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, facelift), pressotherapy on the body can begin almost immediately and significantly accelerates recovery. After body surgery (liposuction, abdominoplasty), please consult your surgeon before starting — timing depends on the type and extent of the procedure.
Pressotherapy is not recommended during pregnancy, or for people with acute infections, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), heart failure, or open wounds in the treatment area. Please inform us of any medical conditions before your session.
