The treatment is generally pain-free. You will feel intense muscle contractions during the session — some clients describe it as an unusual sensation rather than pain. The RF component feels like a gentle warmth. Most clients relax or read during the session.
A course of 4–6 sessions is typically recommended, spaced 2–3 days apart. Results continue to improve for several weeks after the final session as the body responds to the treatment. Maintenance sessions can be scheduled every 2–3 months.
Many clients notice a difference in muscle tone and body firmness after the first 2–3 sessions. Visible fat reduction and skin tightening typically become more apparent 4–8 weeks after completing a course of treatment, as the body continues to respond.
